Plastic Control Head Sun Cover

The Plastic Control Head Sun Cover provides protection for the SP-36 when it is not in use, from water, rain, dirt, grime and other contaminants. It also protects the plastic material of the SP-36 case and the internal LCD panel from the sun’s UV rays.

It is designed to be used when the SP-36 has been mounted using a Bracket Mount Kit or with a Surface Mount Bezel Kit.

The cover is installed simply by pushing it onto the SP-36. There is no retention mechanism - it is designed to be a tight fit, so that it is held onto the SP-36 by a combination of friction and air pressure; the bump in the lower right corner is for clearance over the SP-36 Course Change Knob. To remove the cover, grasp it by the top and bottom sides and pull it off.
